2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

3. Conditions for Return or Exchange

We want to make sure that your returned products are eligible for a refund or exchange. Please note the following conditions:

  • Product Condition: Items must be returned in new, unused, and resalable condition. This includes the original packaging, tags, and all accessories.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a return and send you a replacement or issue a full refund without charging you for return shipping costs.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the product is defective, damaged, or we made an error in fulfilling your order.
  • Shipping Method: We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance when returning items, especially for high-value products. TopRapic is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
  • Non-refundable Shipping Charges: Please note that the original shipping costs incurred for your order are non-refundable, even if you return the product. This includes both domestic and international shipping fees.

5. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange request. Please allow us up to 5-7 business days to process the return once we have received the item.

  • Refund Method: If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase. If you used a credit card, the refund may take a few additional business days to show up in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, if an item has been opened or used (but still meets the return criteria), a partial refund may be issued.

  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees. However, if your exchange requires the return of the original product, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Exchanged Item Shipping: If the exchange is due to our mistake (e.g., sending the wrong product or a defective item), we will cover the shipping costs for sending the new item.

7. Refund Timing

Please be aware that depending on your payment method and financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to show up.

  • Store Credit: If you opt for a store credit instead of a refund, this will be processed immediately after the return is accepted.
